The M685-02-AA-AE oscillator is a prime example of this type of non-volatile crystal oscillator for providing reliable, accurate frequency and output waveforms. The M685-02-AA-AE is built on a miniature 6-pin package footprint and boasts a high frequency stability of ±200 ppm over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The on-board reduction frequency of up to 10.3 GHz allows for a frequency range of 1.0GHz to 20 MHz, with six selectable frequency ranges and ±0.5% accuracy. It provides flexible output waveforms, with a choice of LVPECL, LVDS, LVCMOS, and HCMOS. It offers a wide range of features including a low phase jitter of < 0.9 ps RMS and high speed operation of u≤25 ns/GHz.
The M685-02-AA-AE has a wide application field that covers many aspects of digital and analog designs. It is suitable for use in communications, data processing and storage, test and measurement, printing and copying equipment, automotive and maritime navigation, industrial process control and machine automation.
