The M74HC4316TTR is a monolithic high speed CMOS device designed for application as a 4-channel analog switch. It is based on complementary enhancement-mode silicon-gate MOS transistors fabricated using high-voltage technology. The floating diodes in the M74HC4316TTR guarantee charge transfer between the supply voltage and the signal level range of 0.5Vdd to 0.8Vdd and can handle signals up to the supply voltage. The M74HC4316TTR is a 4-channel, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch device.
The M74HC4316TTR features four control input pins (S1–S4) and four selection pins. These pins allow for direct selection of any one of the four analog switch paths (channel selectability). Each analog switch path is open when the corresponding selection pin is at a high voltage level, and the corresponding control pin is at a low voltage level.
