Working Principle

M95320-DFDW6TP is a serial memory that adopts SOIC, TSOP, PDIP and TSSOP packages, and operates on a single 3 V power supply. It provides a low-voltage write cycle, which allows higher data throughput and faster programming speeds. The device supports a four-wire interface, consisting of a serial clock, chip select, data input, and data output. The four-wire interface is suitable for direct implementation of memory-mapped systems.It provides data protection to prevent accidental programming and supports a wide range of data controlling features that are available to the user. Also, it provides both Clock/Chip Select and Data Input/Output signals, allowing communication with other devices that use different types of interfaces. Moreover, it provides a five-level block system, where memory can be addressed on the byte, page, and block level, allowing for flexible data handling capabilities and programming flexibility.
