The M95320-DRDW3TP/K is an ultralow-voltage voltage-only Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) ferroelectric random access memory (F-RAM) device. It offers a huge density that ranges from 8K to 8M bits and along with the same low-voltage operation as the M95320, such as a typical read/write supply voltage of 3.0V or lower.
