Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are divided into organic aluminum capacitors and inorganic aluminum capacitors, according to their dielectric material. The MALIEYH07BC533D42K is a kind of organic aluminum electrolytic capacitor, also known as organic polymer capacitor, which is characterized by its high current, high temperature resistance, ultra-thin size and ultralow ESR characteristics. The MALIEYH07BC533D42K falling under the organic aluminum electrolytic capacitor type, mainly consists of an anode and a cathode which are formed by a aluminum foil, an electrolyte and a dielectric material.

The dielectric used is the organic film, wherein diaphragm process technology is adopted. The diaphragm is an active three-electrode pulse circuit that helps the electrolyte fill the pore of the dielectric medium, thus improving the capacitance and endurance of the capacitor. Unlike other conventional capacitors, aluminum electrolytic capacitors use the anode and cathode form a space through a chemical reaction between the anode aluminum foil and the electrolyte, then the dielectric layer fills the space. Through this chemical reaction, the aluminum electrolytic capacitors can achieve a higher capacitance than those of other usual capacitors, such as ceramic capacitors, film capacitors, etc.
