MASMLJ6.0A is a TVS - Diodes which combines high-performance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) and low-capacitance ESD protection diodes. Working Principle

The MASMLJ6.0A is a TVS - Diodes, which employs the principle of avalanche breakdowns to clamp either transient voltage spikes or ESD events. During the manufacture of the device, two back-to-back low capacitance ESD protection devices are integrated with a ESD protection diode array to form the MASMLJ6.0A.
