The MAX13051ASA+ is a high-performance, rail-to-rail, 3-A I2C-controlled, fast low-side MOSFET driver optimized for inductive loads. The MAX13051ASA+ has an adjustable battery-disconnect feature that can provide adjustable power-on reset (POR), undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and brownout protection. It operates from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V range of supply voltages and is able to discharge down to 0.7 V.
