MAX16114O16MC+T is a member of the MAX16114 family of supervisors with enhanced protection from noise, transients and ESD events, ideal for powering operations in mission-critical and other demanding applications. The extra ESD protection advantages allows for greater reliability for these applications and systems.

The MAX16114 family of supervisors are versatile, Precision fixed-voltage supervisors designed to provide a regulated output in the presence of large and small variations in supply voltage. The MAX16114 family features adjustable reset thresholds, push-pull reset outputs, adjustable reset assertion delay, and adjustable reset de-assertion delay. They also offer a wide input voltage range with additional ESD protection.

The MAX16114O16MC+T provides low power consumption, low quiescent current and high maximum discharge current, tolerant of drive currents up to 65mA, making it ideal for any application where long battery life and minimal quiescent draw is important. This is especially important in applications where reset is to be used for a system restart or reboot, extending the overall battery life of the device.

The MAX16114O16MC+T is an autosupply P-channel MOSFET driver with integrated ESD protection, offering extended performance and robustness for applications requiring superior protection from ESD events.
