The MAX11960ETJ+ is a high dynamic range, 16-bit, successive-approximation-register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC), that operates from a single 1.8 to 5.5V supply. It has a wide input voltage range of 0 to 5V and is capable of converting up to 3.6Msps. It features a low power 0.84mW/channel in low-power monitoring mode.
