The MAX13433EETD+T driver transceiver is a high-speed differential line driver/receiver designed for ESD protection and signal conditioning applications. It provides 5kV total ESD protection and operates up to 12.5 Gbps data rate. The MAX13433EETD+T allows connectivity with a wide range of signaling levels, including 3.3 V, 2.5 V, and 1.2 V logic families. The MAX13433EETD+T is organized as a dual line transceiver, with each line capable of being independently configured as a line driver or line receiver.

The MAX13433EETD+T is designed using a 0.1 μm advanced CMOS technology, allowing flexibility in PCB design. It has an integrated 75 Ω termination at the transmitter side, eliminating the need for an external terminating resistor, saving PCB space and reducing power dissipation. The transceiver also features a selectable receiver gain of 1 (normal) or 0.7V–3.3V (low gain) when enabled, ensuring that the receiver is not over driven when the signals are weaker.

The MAX13433EETD+T provides multi-level signal conditioning including automatic input preamplification, hysteresis, squelch and receiver enable capabilities.
