The MAX14770EGUA+ is a 4-channel digital isolation and triple high-speed data bus transceiver solution. The four isolators are powered by an internal 6V DC-DC converter and provide galvanic isolation for up to 4 channels of data or 3 buses, with isolation up to 30KV/µs common mode transient immunity. The device supports 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire serial communication protocols, allowing for flexible data bus configurations. The triple data buses each support up to 3Mbps data throughput for high-speed communication. The buses are also protected with up to 30KV/µs common-mode transient immunity. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it ideal for industrial and medical applications.
In addition to its digital isolation and high-speed data bus transceiver capabilities, the MAX14770EGUA+ also provides protection against unintentional "shorts" to ground, making it suitable for data link applications with higher levels of electrical noise and/or ground loops.
