The MAX16993AGJG/VY+T is an ultra-low quiescent current, synchronous, 1A / 2A, fixed frequency step-down voltage regulator designed for space-constrained, battery-powered applications. With ultra-low 213 nA (typical) quiescent current, it can increase overall system battery life. The MAX16993AGJG/VY+T is available in a small, thermally enhanced, 4 mm × 4 mm, 24-pin TQFN with an integrated heat slug.
