MAX17242ETPB+

The MAX17242ETPB+ is a triple-output step-down DC-DC converter from Maxim Integrated and is targeted at 3.2V to 5.5V battery-powered applications. It has an advanced compact size, low-quiescent current and high efficiency. This device provides a combination of a low-power buck (DC-DC switching regulator) and an ultra-low-power linear regulator. The low-power buck allows for fast transient response from its high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs, runnin up to 2MHz and is capable of switching up to 1.1A. The ultra-low-power linear regulator provides precision 2.5V/2A outputs.

Working Principle

The MAX17242ETPB+ is a 3 independent-buck converter that feature a high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs, allowing it to deliver fast transient response and high efficiency.
