Working Principle of MAX1724EZK27+T

The MAX1724EZK27+T is a high performance, integrated DC-to-DC switching regulator. The switching regulator is based on a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) control topology. This control topology enables the device to regulate the output voltage, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, over the full input voltage range of 5V to 26V.The main function of the device is to step-down the input voltage. The input voltage is applied to the MAX1724EZK27+T via the Input (VIN) pin, while the output voltage is regulated by the Power Good (PG) pin.The MAX1724EZK27+T has an integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs.
