The MAX17292EUBA+ is a synchronous buck voltage regulator for DC-DC applications with applications including automotive, point of load industrial systems, telecom, computing, and server. It is a multi-output buck regulator for systems with multiple load voltages including 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.2V and a configurable PGOOD output. This voltage regulator is designed with advanced Capacitor-Free operation and a wide operating temperature range. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to +150°C, an input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V with a maximum output voltage of 2.6V, and a maximum efficiency of 95%, making it ideal for automotive and industrial applications.

The MAX17292EUBA+ incorporates a unique power switch design that eliminates large external capacitors and prevents dropout of the output voltages. This ensures fast switching and helps extend the life of the regulator. Other features include integrated 40V MOSFETs, tracking capability, adjustable soft-start time, precision output voltage regulation, and programmable frequency. Programmable features include enable pin, power good, soft start, and enable over-temperature protection.

The MAX17292EUBA+ is designed for robust system reliability and compliance, providing EMI certified under CISPR22/EN55022 Class B and low RFI/EMI performance. It is also RoHS and REACH compliant, enabling its use in high-efficiency, high-reliability applications.
