The MAX17428GTJ+ is an ultra-low quiescent-current linear voltage regulator (LDO) designed to deliver an extremely low supply current of 0.2µA at no-load conditions. This device is designed for applications where an ultra-low supply current and a low output voltage are required in low-voltage designs. The MAX17428GTJ+ is suitable for providing an extremely low voltage, such as a start-up voltage, in consumer, battery-powered, and medical applications.
The MAX17428GTJ+ is an adjustable LDO that is able to deliver up to 500mA of output current to a load. An adjustable LDO is a kind of linear regulator with a variable output voltage. The output voltage of the MAX17428GTJ+ is determined by an external resistor divider and can be adjusted within 0.8V to 5.5V range. The MAX17428GTJ+ also offers a high-accuracy output voltage of ±3%.
