The MAX17511GTL+T is a highly integrated charge pump IC designed to drive mostly low-power, small to medium OLED or STN displays up to 1.4 inches. It operates from a single cell and features two internally regulated supply outputs for the OLED’s negative and positive supply rails, programmable via the low-power I2C interface. Furthermore, the IC fully integrates non-overlapping gated logic level shifters between the display’s controller logic and the display driver logic, including the built-in level-shifting circuit. The IC also provides full protection against short circuits, over current, and thermal conditions.
