Working Principle

The low-side MOSFET then begins to turn off, and the current in the inductor gradually decreases until the inductor reaches its zero current threshold. Once the inductor reaches its zero current threshold, the low-side MOSFET turns off, and the cycle repeats. The output voltage is generated by controlling the output voltage by adjusting the duty cycle of the high-side MOSFET through the control loop.
