MAX1994ETM+T is a high-performance, full-featured integrated Switching Regulator designed to replace complex discrete voltage regulator solutions. The device features an integrated master power switch, two low-side switches with integrated FETs, and two high-side switches with integrated FETs, in a 79-pin 144 TSSOP package. This device is also capable of providing an adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 5.5V, and can also be used to provide a low output impedance for clock and logic signals.The MAX1994ETM+T is an ideal voltage regulator for applications requiring increased efficiency, extended battery life, reduced thermal dissipation, and improved transient response. It has two pulse-width modulated (PWM) outputs with a range from 0 to 1.9V and is configurable to provide dual fast frequencies of up to 3 MHz or single-phase operation. The device is also capable of operating with either a positive or negative input voltage, allowing for maximum flexibility. The internal high-side switches are capable of switching voltages up to 80V, and the low-side switches can switch voltages up to 50V.The device is designed to provide extremely fast transient response and an extremely low standby current.
