The MAX3023EUD+T is a 3V to 5V translator/level shifter from Maxim Integrated. It is mainly used to interface with 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.8V logic and support standard propagation delays of 8ns and 2.5ns tPD. The MAX3023EUD+T is ideal for use in logic-level translation, signal buffering and PCI Express (PCIe) applications.

The MAX3023EUD+T has an input range of 0.36V to 2.6V and an output range of 0.4V to 5V. It contains an integrated 5V-tolerant receiver that ensures no false switching at power-up or power-down. The MAX3023EUD+T is capable of driving up to 48mA of load, allowing it to interface with logic ICs and mechanical relays. The overall device dissipates a low 75mW of power when enabled.
