MAX4429ESA-T is a monolithic gate driver IC designed for driving high-power bridge circuits with current ratings up to ±25A. This device operates from a single-supply voltage and drives power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and power BJTs with a wide range of driving capabilities. It is designed for both DC and AC applications and features automatic thermal shutdown, fast (250kHz) optimised deadtime and current-limiting protection.
