The MAX4533CWP+T is a low-power, low-voltage analog multiplexer/demultiplexer with a single control input (SHDN), an enable input (EN), an address input (A), an output (Y), a digital input (D IN), and two digital outputs (D 0– OUT and D 1– OUT). When EN is low, Y is low, and the digital outputs (D 0 OUT and D 1 OUT) are high impedance. When EN is high, the multiplexer is enabled, and Y is a function of A and D IN; the multiplexer can be used as a 2:1 multiplexer. When EN is low, SHDN is low, and the digital outputs are a function of A and the output is high impedance; the device can be used as a 1:2 demultiplexer.
