The MAX4541ESA+ features an internal VDD regulator that allows it to operate over a wide range of voltages. The device also supports both single-ended and differential signal inputs and integrated voltage-level shift circuitry that allows it to switch low-voltage signals up to 3.3V.

The device is capable of switching up to 1.0A of current and is available in three package sizes - 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin TSSOP and 16-pin TSSOP. The MAX4541ESA+ also features a Schmitt trigger for digital signals, ESD protection up to 2000V, and a 700kHz bandwidth. In addition, the device has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
