Working Principle

The MAX4607EPE+ is a differential analog switch when fabricated with CMOS technology. It provides a low on-state resistance and a low-bias input capacitance while maintaining a typical CMRR above 110dB and a total harmonic distortion of -93dB (at 330MHz). It provides 0.1 dB dynamic gain flatness, 0.2 dB permanent gain flatness and + 0.2 dB differential linear phase up to 1400 MHz.The MAX4607EPE+ uses a self-biased cascading differential architecture for superior isolation between input and output channels. The switch is normally off and most of the power is saved since the operating voltage range is only 2.7V-5.5V.
