The MAX4632ESE-T is an interface-analog switch, multiplexers, demultiplexer IC. It features very low on-resistance (RON = 4Ω resistance) and is intended for use in professional audio and video systems. The MAX4632ESE-T has an operating voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V and can be used in a wide variety of different applications.The MAX4632ESE-T is a single-pole (SP) SPDT switch, featuring a throughput bandwidth of 160 MHz making it suitable for higher speed data transmission applications. The device can be controlled using logic levels of 2.0 to 5.5V and its on-resistance is low enough to ensure very low loss in the signal path. The switch is also very fast, with a high-speed switch time of 6 ns provided by two internal CMOS transmitters and receivers. The device also features a low Off-Leakage Current of -0.2mA at 5V typical, making it suitable for low-current applications.In addition to the single-pole SPDT switch, the MAX4632ESE-T also features multiplexers and demultiplexers with logic compatible control inputs. The multiplexer/demultiplexer is a 3:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer with three high speed D-type data channels. The device is logic compatible and switches from the single-pole SPDT mode with a control voltage level of 2.0V to 5.5V.
