The MAX4712CUE+T is a low on-resistance, low charge injection, analog switch ideal for audio and data routing applications. It is part of the MAX4712 family which consists of single, dual and quad single-pole/double-pole (SPDT and DPDT) toggle switches, multiplexers and demultiplexers. These parts are all monolithic CMOS devices fabricated on Maxim Integrated’s DyMESH™ process. This process combines advanced CMOS with low RDS(ON) analog switches to provide a low-cost, low-noise solution for signal conditioning.

The MAX4712CUE+T family has a bidirectional analog switching capability and can be used with signals up to 18V peak-to-peak. The switches have low charge injection and fast switching times. The low charge injection eliminates the need for external, low-cost resistors to limit injection. The switches can handle up to 18V peak-to-peak and can be used in both unipolar and bipolar applications.

The MAX4712CUE+T analog switch family can operate from 1.65V to 5.5V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.The VCC range of the MAX4712CUE+T is the same for both the single and dual configurations. This allows for cost savings when upgrading from the single to dual configuration.

The MAX4712CUE+T is available in two different configurations. The first is a single switch which is ideal for audio and data routing applications.
