The MAX4736ELB+T is a precise quad SPDT analog switch that provides intelligent level shifting, power supply sequencing, isolation, and ground isolation on is inputs and outputs. It has three different modes of operation—Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT), dual 2:1 multiplexer (MUX), and demultiplexer (DEMUX). It has low-leakage and low-capacitance switching performance and excellent isolation between the switch inputs and outputs.The MAX4736ELB+T is designed to operate in both industrial and automotive temperature ranges of -40°C to +125°C and is available in a 14-pin TSSOP (Thin Small-Outline Package). It is appropriate for a host of applications that require precise low-leakage switching performance. It features low on-resistance and crosstalk, low insertion loss, and ESD protection. It has on-resistor test capabilities and an integrated VREF bandgaps for improved performance.
The MAX4736ELB+T’s three modes of operation are SPDT, MUX, and DEMUX. The SPDT mode is for single-pole double-throw switching, and the MUX and DEMUX modes are for multiplexing and demultiplexing.
