The MAX4747EUD+T is an low-power, high-speed, logic-controlled analog multiplexer (MUX)/analog demultiplexer (DEMUX) switch array with ultra-low 1nA off-leakage and 0.3nA on-proof leakage due to ESD protection.

The device features two independently controlled 2:1 multiplexers that can be configured as two single-ended or one differential MUX, as well as two selectively controlled 1:2 digital DEMUXs that select between two single-ended inputs and one differential input. The multiplexers/demultiplexers can be used to route analog and digital signals as well as to support various application such as automatic gain control, low-power event detection or remote-sensing applications.

The MAX4747 is designed for operation from a single +2.7V to +5.5V power supply and can switch signals from +50V below ground, up to +50V. All channels feature a 2.2kΩ on-resistance, 0.5Ω on-resistance flatness, 106dB on-channel isolation and fast 10ns signal settling time.

The MAX4747 contains two 2:1 multiplexers, each controlled by a signal at the Sx pin and each with two single-ended inputs (Ax and Bx) that can be used either as a single single-ended input (Ax) or as a differential pair (Ax and Bx). Each MUX is used to select between two input signals and route them to an output signal (Cx). The signal on the Sx pin also selects which output signal is used. Additionally, the device contains two 1:2 digital DEMUXs, each digitally selecting one of two single-ended inputs (Ax or Ay) to an output signal (Cy)

The MAX4747 also includes overtemperature and power-on reset protection, integrated ESD protection up to ±8kV HBM, and allows operation up to 60°C. The MAX4747EUD+T is available in a small 24-pin QSOP package and is specified for -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
