The MAX5024SASA+ is a low-noise, high-speed, precision, ultralow-dropout, adjustable linear regulator. It operates over a wide input-voltage range, from 2.5 V to 5.5 V, and features a 0.9-V maximum dropout voltage at 800-mA output current. A unique architecture allows the MAX5024 to maintain excellent load and line regulation while minimizing the effects of both frequency and temperature variation.
The MAX5024 is available in SOT23-5, SOT23-6, and thermally-enhanced 8-pinDFN packages, and with a wide range of fixed output voltages and adjustable output voltages. An externally adjustable version allows the output voltage to be adjusted over the full input-voltage range. Available temperature range for all devices is -40°C to +125°C.
