PMIC - Supervisors

The MAX6320PUK33BX+T is a monolithic, low-power voltage supervisor designed for use in high performance, low power, portable applications. It operates from a single 2.7V to 3.6V supply, and draws a very low 20uA current. The MAX6320PUK33BX+T provides a number of features essential for easy-to-use and reliable application management, including: complementary active-low, open-drain reset outputs, an adjustable reset-assertion threshold from 0.53V to 9.3V, low supply current, numerous reset-assertion and release timing options, thermal reset protection, and open-drain reset signals with a 200ms reset-release time.

Working Principle

The MAX6320PUK33BX+ is designed to offer reliable and accurate monitoring of input supply voltages as well as reset-assertion and release timing options. The MAX6320PUK33BX+ is designed to continuously monitor the input supply voltage and will assert a reset signal when the supply voltage falls below the preset level. The MAX6320PUK33BX+ also offers an adjustable reset-assertion threshold that can be adjusted between 0.53V and 9.3V in order to suit the application requirements. This allows for the reset threshold to be customized to ensure that the reset signal is accurately and reliably monitored.
