The MAX6469TA25BD3+T Voltage Regulator is a highly efficient three-terminal linear regulator ideal for point-of-load applications. It offers ultra-low quiescent current of only 170µA, excellent temperature performance, and high PSRR for stable performance over a wide operating temperature range. The Device offers an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 14V and a guaranteed output current of up to 25mA. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.2V to 15V.
