The MAX6710AUT+T is a P-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) voltage supervisor that offers both low supply current and small package size to meet the needs of applications in the power management (PMIC) and supervisory circuits. The device helps ensure system stability by monitoring a system voltage and resetting the output voltage when the monitored voltage drops below a preset threshold. Additionally, integrated internal filters provide glitch immunity as well as noise immunity for enhanced product reliability.

The MAX6710AUT+T P-channel MOSFET voltage supervisor monitors a system voltage (VIN) and resets the output voltage when VIN drops below a preset threshold voltage (VTH).
