Application Field

The MAX773ESD+T is a dual current-mode pulse-width modulation (DPWM) DC-DC controller that can operate up to 12 A with a single inductor and over 20 A with two or three inductors in a synchronous buck converter. The device is ideal for high-efficiency, low-voltage and high-current-load applications, such as FPGA power supplies, Distributed System architectures, VRMs, and advanced GPUs. The device uses the advanced BCD-on-SOI process, making it especially suitable for applications in high-temperature (HT) and 18V supply systems, and requires only a minimum number of external components.
