This reset signal remains asserted until the input supply voltage rises above the reset threshold level. The device provides an active low reset signal that can drive logic circuitry directly through an internal transistor. Alternatively, an external transistor can be used to drive higher loads. The device requires a 3 V to 15 V operating supply range and its operation temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
