Diodes - Rectifiers - Arrays MBR2X080A180 is a diode array module which is manufactured by Infineon. This module consists of two isolated Schottky-Rectifiers, MBR2X060A120 with a common cathode. It can be used for a wide range of applications such as in industrials, inductive loads, lighting, solar, automotive and others.
