Working Principle

The MC100EPT20DG is a low-voltage, high-speed Si/Ge ECL to TTL translator. It translates ECL levels to TTL levels, allowing ECL signals to be used with TTL logic. The outputs are either equal to the enable/disable pin, or the level of the clock if the enable/disable pin is not active.
