The MC10H105P is an integrated circuit (IC) used in the field of logic and gate and inverters, more specifically in the category of multi-function, configurable. It is an HMOS-TTL (High-Speed Metal Oxide Semiconductor - Transistor-Transistor Logic) family of CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) circuits, a technology introduced in the 1970s.
