The MC10H105P is an integrated circuit (IC) used in the field of logic and gate and inverters, more specifically in the category of multi-function, configurable. It is an HMOS-TTL (High-Speed Metal Oxide Semiconductor - Transistor-Transistor Logic) family of CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) circuits, a technology introduced in the 1970s. Each of these configurations have their own corresponding logic functions/operations which can be programmed to the device.The logic functions/operations available in the MC10H105P range from basic logic gates, such as AND and OR functions, to more complex logic functions, such as multiplexers, decoders, and multiple-input NANDs. This allows the user to create more complex and sophisticated circuits than could otherwise be achieved with a conventional combination of logic gates and inverters. The device also has the ability to invert or non-invert outputs, as well as generate multiplexed and demultiplexed address outputs, using the same logic functions and operations.The MC10H105P is capable of performing at high speeds, up to 400 MHz, and can operate from a single 5V supply. The device is available in a variety of package options, including plastic DIP, SOIC, and Cer-dip for leaded packages, as well as Chip-on-Board (COB) for surface mount.
