The MC10H174PG has a single-ended eight-channel multiplexer with a 3-bit binary address input (A1-A3), a data input (D) and a data output (Q). The binary input address decides which input data is channeled to the output. The channel that is selected is indicated by its relevant bit in the 3-bit address, A1-A3. If the selected bit is "0" the output is low, if it is "1" the output is high.
