MC10H350MEL is a member of the AdvancedCMOS Logic-Translators and Level-Shifters product family, which is designed to drive digital signals from one voltage domain to the other. With its very low standby current, it can be used in portable and battery-powered applications. In essence, the MC10H350MEL is a high performance, low power, bidirectional level shifter. It contains two 4-channel, non-inverting, open-drain buffers which provide signal translation between two logic levels of the same power supply range. This device features low propagation delays, capable up to 5ns, and provides up to 200mA drive capability when enabled. The MC10H350MEL also contains a low power, bidirectional latch which will flip it’s output from a high to a low state when ever the output voltage is greater than VOH, and will also flip it’s output from low to high when it’s output voltage is below VIL. These features make it suitable for applications requiring high speed data conversion, or applications that need to extrapolate digital signals between different voltage domains.

The MC10H350MEL features a low power, 3-volt CMOS process, with low thresholds enabling operation as low as 1.2 volts.
