It is designed by a specialized process, which enhances its fast switching capability up to 500kHz with a peak rating of 1 MHz.The logic level Mosfet in the MC33151D is a power switching device that can be operated at low gate voltages and the integrated driver is designed to provide robust gate control, suitable for applications employing high gate capacitance. The MC33151D enables maximum power delivery in automotive applications.The MC33151D’s working principle is based on the principle of Negative Gate Emitter Voltage (NGEV).
