The MC33375D-5.0 is a compact and efficient low voltage linear voltage regulator fabricated in low voltage CMOS technology. It is designed for mobile, portable and digital applications, featuring a low quiescent current (130μA), low drop-out voltage (65mV at full load) and high power supply rejection ratio (200mV).

The device is ideal for powering a multitude of devices and applications that require a stabilized output voltage from a wide input voltage range. The MC33375D-5.0 can be configured for either a 3V or 5V output voltage and is quite versatile in allowing the user to adjust the output voltage through an external resistor divider. It is also capable of providing up to 150mA of output current.

The device also features built-in current limiting and thermal protection, making it highly reliable. Additionally, it has a low output noise, a fast line and load regulation, and low ripple voltage—all of which make it appealing for powering sensitive components such as LED drivers.
