The MC34064D-5G belongs to a series of the MC34064 family of products, which are integrated circuits, or ICs, for use in Power Management and Internal Circuit Supervision, or PMIC-Supervisors. It is designed to provide a sequence of power on/off in which the power up occurs first and then the power down.
