The MC68HC11F1 microcontroller brings complex embedded control and signal processing functions to consumer, industrial, automotive, and telephone applications. Developed as part of the industry-leading Freescale HC11 family of microcontrollers, the MC68HC11F1 combines a power-efficient 8-bit core, with built-in hardware peripherals and a wide variety of application-specific peripherals.The on-board memory contains 1K bytes of ROM, 16K bytes of EEPROM, and 2K bytes of RAM. This enables the features of the microcontroller to be used efficiently and flexibly in a wide range of applications. In addition, the microcontroller includes on-board user interfaces that include a serial port, LCD controller, ADC, and PWM peripheral. This allows developers to quickly create applications with minimal effort, reducing time to market and enabling developers to create innovative products for their end customers.The MC68HC11F1 microcontroller architecture is designed for use in a wide range of applications including mobile phones, automotive systems, home automation, industrial process control, and home appliances.
