This reference is established by an internal Voltage Divider Network consisting of two resistors that ingest a portion of the input voltage, and output a reference voltage to the Regulated Output Stage.Second is the Sense and Control Amplifier, which measures and compares the reference voltage to the output voltage, making sure that a deviation from the set point does not occur.
