MC9S08MM128CMB is an advanced, low-power 8-bit MCU family with an extended set of features such as Code ECC, Flash Protection and an innovative errata messaging mechanism. It includes a high-speed on-chip oscillator, low power analog comparator and several timers, USARTs and short-circuit I/O protectors. This system-on-chip is ideal for applications related to small electricity use, such as industrial and medical control.

The MC9S08MM128CMB is based on the ColdFire family of embedded microcontrollers.
