The MD7001 is a transistor array which combines one analog switch, four wideband low-noise amplifiers, and two resistors into a single package. Each amplifier in this device consists of two pseudo-NPN transistors, one emitter follower, and one load resistor forming a simple common emitter amplifier. The amplifiers produce an output offset voltage of 1.3V and have a wide common-mode input voltage range of -2.2V to +15V. The analog switch used in this device is a high-isolation single switch, capable of switching up to 10V of DC power.

The MD7001 is designed for use in a variety of industrial applications. The design of the device allows for two highly linear low-noise amplifiers with a wide frequency response of up to 100MHz.
