With the development of today’s technology, the use of PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) products for power conversion for embedded applications is increasingly important. PMICs provide a more efficient, reliable and cost effective solution than discrete components and help to significantly reduce the design effort. Among them, MIC29500-3.3WT Voltage Regulators are also popular due to their various application field and working principle.

The MIC29500-3.3WT is a high current, microprocessor-compatible, low dropout linear regulator. It offers an output current up to 3A and a minimum 3.3V output voltage. When the feedback voltage increases, the transistor will be driven to a lower position thus decreasing the current. The post-regulation current will then be fed to the output via an output stage to create an accurately regulated output voltage.
