The MIC5245-2.8BM5-TR is a linear voltage regulator in a 5-pin surface-mount package, offering 5V output, rated at 250mA. It is an improved version of the 5VIN 3.3VOUT Linear Regulator. It is designed to operate from a 3.3 Volt (3.0V-to 4.95V) input voltage range, and provide a regulated output voltage of 5 Volts.
