The MIC6315-26D2U TR is a voltage supervisor integrated circuit (PMIC-supervisor) from Microchip. It is intended for use in a variety of applications that require accurate, microprocessor-controlled monitoring and supervision of power supplies, along with full-time database archival, current-detection, and other features. It is specifically designed to be used to monitor large, critical, and mission critical systems, such as servers and servers-class system on chip (SoC) designs.
The MIC6315-26D2U TR voltage supervisor is a low-power, low-noise, and ultra-low-voltage regulator with a high thermal stability rate, which is ideal for use in high-dynamic applications. The device has a wide input voltage range of 2.2 to 28 V and a maximum output voltage of 2.3 V. It is available in a 4 mm x 4 mm QFN package, with enhanced thermal performance and electro-magnetic interference (EMI) immunity, making it a suitable choice for use in medical, enterprise, telecom, and industrial applications.
The regulator features a push-button reset input and an overvoltage lockout circuit that ensures accurate voltage levels on the output.
