The MIC809LUY-TR is a high precision voltage supervisor intended for power supply sequencing and monitoring in applications, such as computing, telecommunications, and networking systems. This Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) offers precision voltage detection and overvoltage or undervoltage protection as well as frequency shift modes of usage. It features a 3.2V to 6.0V operating power supply range, 1.3ms typical response time, a 200mA source-ink capability, and an 8-pin small-outline integrated circuit (SOIC) or 8-pin dual in-line package (DIP).

The MIC809LUY-TR belongs to the category of PMICs known as Supervisors. It is the most commonly used type of PMIC in electronic systems, and includes many application-specific functionalities.
